The three-layer tube is a kind of high-performance tube with more possibilities than the single-layer tube. Generally, it allows three different materials to be combined together. The tube is thus more pressure resistant and has better elongation while achieving smooth inner wall and more fittings for the outer tube.Demax has rich experience in three-layer tube extrusion, which can help you customize the three-layer tubes with
1. Different materials and different thickness ratios
2. Custom size, length and color
3. Custom development scale and single layer thickness
4. Optional materials: PEBAX, Nylon, PU, PE, PEEK, FEP, EFEP, ETFE, bonding layer and mixture
5. Concentricity greater than 90%
